Therapy for trauma, anxiety and relationship struggles

If you grew up feeling like you were too much, not enough, or constantly trying to keep the peace, those experiences can follow you into adulthood in ways that are hard to explain. Maybe you overthink everything, struggle to trust yourself, or feel anxious even when things are technically “fine.”

In therapy, we’ll look at where those patterns came from and how they’re still affecting you now. I work in a deeper, reflective way, helping you find practical ways to feel more grounded and confident outside of sessions.

You may relate to:

  • Constant overthinking or anxiety

  • Feeling hard on yourself no matter what you accomplish

  • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

  • Getting stuck in the same painful relationship dynamics

  • Childhood experiences that still affect you now

  • Intrusive self-critical thoughts

  • Perfectionism and pressure to “hold it all together”

  • Second-guessing yourself or your decisions
